About Jahla!

Jahla Osborne is a doctoral pre-candidate in the Cognition & Cognitive Neuroscience area of the Psychology department. Her current research centers around Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Particularly she is focused on understanding distractibility within ADHD, as well as race biases in perceptions of ADHD symptoms. Jahla is also interested in neuroimaging, executive functioning, and cognitive training. Jahla earned her B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Denver in 2018. Additionally, she competed as a Division I Student-Athlete on the Women's Basketball team during her undergraduate career at the University of Denver.
